Aljada redefines living in Sharjah with an integrated vision: everything is accessible by foot or bike. Designed around Madar (12.1-hectare central park designed by Zaha Hadid Architects) and Sharjah Smart District, the project houses over 25,000 residential units across themed sub-communities (Naseej District, Reem, Sarab, East Village, Boulevard, etc.). Each sub-community offers its own architectural style, schools, shops and green spaces.
