Emirates Immo is a real estate agency and investment advisory in Dubai and the UAE. We connect buyers, investors and tenants with properties, developers and off-plan projects. Emirates Immo is neither a developer nor the owner of the properties presented on this site.

💶Prices, payment plans and availability
Prices, payment plans and availability are indicative, provided by developers and subject to change without notice. Euro amounts are approximate and vary with the exchange rate. Always verify up-to-date information before committing.
🏗️Off-plan projects
Off-plan sales follow the developer's official process. Payments are made into the RERA-regulated escrow account, never into a personal account. Stated handover dates are provisional and may be adjusted by the developer.
🧾Acquisition fees
A property purchase in Dubai involves in particular Dubai Land Department (DLD) fees and an agency commission, per applicable regulations. A detailed breakdown for your transaction is provided on request, case by case.
🛂Visa and Golden Visa
Obtaining a residence visa or a Golden Visa depends on the criteria of the competent authorities (Dubai Land Department, ICP) and on conditions to be met. Emirates Immo supports your process but does not guarantee the issuance of a visa.
🧮Taxation
Emirates Immo is not a tax firm and provides no tax advice. Your tax residency and taxation depend on your personal situation and applicable treaties. For any tax question, consult a tax lawyer.
🔒Personal data and contact
The information you send us is used only to process your request and get back to you; we do not resell it. An exchange (WhatsApp, form, email) does not constitute a contractual commitment: any commitment is the subject of a dedicated formal document.
⚖️Governing law
These terms and the use of the site are governed by the law applicable in the United Arab Emirates (Dubai). Emirates Immo may update these terms at any time; the online version prevails.
